Wake the neighbors! Sound the alarm! The streets are going to be set on fire with the debut album by hip hop duo R. City, on Konlive/Geffen Records. With R. City’s work behind the scenes, penning songs for Akon, Usher, Mario, Sean Kingston and Rodney Jerkins, to Nicole Scherzinger and the Pussycat Dolls, Jesse McCartney, Macy Gray, Ashlee Simpson and Enrique Iglesias, they’ve been able to produce an inferno of anticipation amongst the industry and the streets for the release of their album “Wake the Neighbors.”

Adam Levine chats up Maroon 5?s re-release of their album ?It Won?t Be Soon Before Long? on ABC?s Good Morning America on Friday at New York City?s Bryant Park. If you saw that show and had a good look at Adam, then I?m sure you had a great morning. for autistic children. JLo even got to see the group of 10 and 11-year old perform her song ?Let?s Get Loud?. The kids? teacher Kathy Amati said ?The kids don?t even really understand how famous she is. They just really like her singing and dancing.? An experience like that is incredibly humbling ? though considering how big a diva JLo is, I doubt it did anything for her.

A very lovey-dovey couple in Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were spotted enjoying an afternoon of poolside passion at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, Florida on Saturday. The hot new couple took a swim in the pool after a rigorous gym workout session together. The 39-year old actress and the 30-year old singer were seen hugging, kissing, cuddling and the whole shebang. It looks like it?s getting serious! That whole bit of John seen with a different girl in New York must just be a rumor. The singer reportedly even changed around his schedule so that he can perform a 3-song set at the wrap party for Jennifer?s movie ?Marley & Me?.

Fergie?s new song ?Labels or Love? which is featured on the new ?Sex and the City? movie has just been released. It is one very hot track. The song will be included in the film as the theme song and will be featured in the original motion picture soundtrack. Fergie also commented on the project saying ?I grew up watching ?Sex and the City? and I know a lot of my girlfriends did as well. We felt like these characters were our friends, so to be a part of this project has been amazing.? What she really wants to do though is to make a music video for the song saying ?I would die to do a video with the girls.?

Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy boyfriend Pete Wentz celebrate her new ?Bittersweet World? CD with a release party at New York City?s Marquee on Tuesday. With all the pimping that the redhead does of her boyfriend, do you think it?s going to help her sell her albums? Seriously, she can?t ride on the coattails of his fame forever. And who says Pete?s fame is going to last forever anyway? She needs to stop parading him around and start making a name for herself again ? just not the kind that has her lip synching on Saturday Night Live. Yes, I said it.

Madonna is set to be inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 10 with the ceremony to be held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. In Touch Weekly is reporting that Justin Timberlake will have the honor of presenting the Queen of Pop at the ceremony. Justin and Madonna have also collaborated on her forthcoming album and recently shot a video for their song ?4 Minutes to Save the World?. Is this coincidence or just a big opportunity for a publicity stunt? My money?s on the publicity stunt. I heard that it was Madonna who chose Justin as her presenter.

One very lucky Keith Urban fan got a very special gift from the man himself at his concert this week. There?s was one fan who became the envy of many during the Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City. In the middle of Keith?s song ?You Look Good in My Shirt?, he came into the crowd and went into one row when he suddenly whipped off his guitar, signed it and handed it to a female fan who was wearing a cowgirl shirt. I guess Keith loves him some country girls. I would die if that happened to me.
