Chris Brown may have had a violent fit behind the scenes at Good Morning America this past Monday but the show still wants the R&B singer back despite his inappropriate behavior. Robin Roberts said �I wish him the absolute best. We extended the invitation to him [to come back], and sure hope he takes us up on it because I’d sure love to have another chat with him. Any time we have a guest, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter and the topics. And even right before the interview I let him know. I was shocked like everyone else, because we’ve had a wonderful relationship. I’ve been to his home, he’s very gracious, and we’ve had easy conversation. We’ve extended an invitation. We’d love to have him back. He’s seriously considering that.� It�s the Charlie Sheen syndrome. America loves freak outs.

Chris Brown was at a Footaction store in New York City last week when a woman decided to give him a verbal beating by shouting �Fucking beater!� and �I hope someone beats the fucking shit out of you!� The R&B singer paid the woman no mind and even took pictures with the fans as she kept shouting. There were even a couple of douche bags in the crowd saying that Rihanna�s attacker was �the man�. In a recent visit to the Wendy Williams Show, Chris said that he�s misunderstood, explaining �The steps that I’ve taken to show that I’m sorry probably have been perceived wrong�I’m definitely remorseful, and it’s not something that I take lightly or think that it’s, like, under the rug.�

Rihanna Opens Up to Glamour

Rihanna is finally opening up about the aftermath of having gone under an assault by Chris Brown back in February. The 21-year old singer told Glamour magazine �I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears. That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day� The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn�t heard.� Rihanna will be honored at Glamour�s annual Women of the Year even on Monday at New York�s Carnegie Hall. There will be a special musical performance that night. I can only imagine that it would be her.

ABC recently announced that along with her scheduled performance on �Good Morning America� on Thursday that Rihanna will finally be sitting down for an interview to talk about her side of the story. The tell-all will premiere on GMA and then extend into a 20/20 special on Friday. I wonder what she has to say about all the things that have happened. That show is surely one that you wouldn�t want to miss. I�m sure I won�t!

The singer allegedly got up on stage with singer Kanye West at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala and performed two songs. This is the first time Rihanna has performed ever since the incident with her former boyfriend Chris Brown. A source said the following about Rihanna getting on stage: “Kanye asked her to do it. It was his idea, but Vogue editor Anna Wintour obviously had to approve it. Anna was at the run-through during the day and was so into it.” This is all fine and dandy, it seems that the music industry is finally regaining its balance and one of its major stars, Kanye West has once again proven his genius but all in all� why was the show in Dubai cancelled if Rihanna is performing again. What could be the better spot for a comeback than the desert?

Chris Brown Gets Taped

There has been a protective order placed against Chris Brown in which a judge has allowed Rihanna to record any phone conversations she may have with her alleged attacker in the future. The order was filed last week in Los Angeles Superior Court. It says that Chris must not �harass, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage personal or real property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, or block movements of� the 21-year old Barbadian babe. The court order expires in March 2012. So if Chris and Rihanna do maintain contact with each other, Chris should be watching everything he says.

The developments just keep pouring in regarding the Chris Brown and Rihanna incident last weekend.
Sources are now saying that Chris� alleged brutal attack on his Barbadian girlfriend supposedly started with a text message that Chris got from another girl. The New York Daily News reports �He got a booty call. He got a text. Rihanna saw it and she got upset. They started to argue. She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her. She pulled away. That’s when she’s told people he hit her.� In the mean time, it seems that Chris and his camp don�t want to talk about the issue but that hasn�t stopped him from trying to contact Rihanna. An insider said �Chris has been trying to contact her.

Rihanna Cancels Birthday Bash

There are even more cancellations in the sad world of aftermath of last weekend�s vicious attack on Rihanna by Chris Brown. The Barbadian babe turns 21 years old later this month and the singer and her label had been planning a big 21st birthday bash for her on February 20th in New York City. The carnival-themed party was supposed to entertain 200 or so guests. The event has been called off, and understandably so. I just hope Rihanna will get over this hurdle quickly and come back stronger than before. Chris can just keel over and die for all I care.

Jay-Z furious with Chris Brown

Jay-Z is extremely pissed with the actions of Chris Brown over his alleged assault on Rihanna. Jay-Z has indicated that he is not going to keep mum over the incident and will vent his anger and Chris Brown will have to bare the brunt.

The Los Angeles Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Chris Brown and he later himself turned up for the investigations into felony battery with a Rihanna. Jay-Z is the one who discovered Rihanna and then mentored her and is therefore enraged upon hearing the allegations.

He has said to a US magazine – “He hit the roof. Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew.”

The R&B crooner?s hit song ?Forever? is apparently an extended version of a new Doublemint jingle written by Chris that will begin airing this month in 30-second spots for Wrigley?s. Apart from his song being featured in the commercial, a dancing Chris is part of it too! It?s a pretty hot commercial with a pack of Doublemint gum flying around. Of course it?s hot!
