Beyonce Sells Out in Seconds

Beyonce has recently announced that she will be performing “4 Intimate Nights with Beyonce”, four evenings where the 29-year old R&B singer will perform the entire collection of her latest album “4”. Upon the availability of tickets, the first show in Beyonce’s set of concerts at New York City’s Roseland Ballroom sold out in a matter of seconds – 22 seconds to be exact. Tickets for the other three nights went on sale after the first show officially sold out, and all three nights have also sold out since. Beyonce has always put on a great show and I’m sure that those 4 nights are bound to be unforgettable shows. Whoever got tickets is lucky!

Beyonce Debuts New Single on American Idol

Beyonce took the stage for the second time on American Idol to debut her new single called “1 + 1”. The track is a torchy ballad. At this point in the show, I was ready to turn off my TV because I didn’t think it could get better after she took the stage with this song. Beyonce’s vocals were on fire and her performance was moving and powerful. She sang it with all her heart. If my jaw was hanging after Lady Gaga, Beyonce made it go right onto the floor. Who knew she had some soul in her? This performance was A+.

Piers Morgan was supposed to have an exclusive premiere of Beyonce’s new song “God Bless the USA” but just like a lot of music these days, it leaked out before the official premiere. Anyway, in an effort to raise money for the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund, the R&B/pop singer has recorded a cover of the classic hit. All profits from downloads of the song will go to the fund. Beyonce’s rendition is very inspiring and is sure to rouse even more patriotism after the events that have taken place last weekend. Go do your bit and grab the song and help in your own way.

Beyonce Talks Motherhood

Beyonce is often seen tagged with the rumors of pregnancy so she�s decided to open up about the rumors and motherhood. The 29-year old R&B singer/actress was recently asked in an interview about whether there�s any truth to the pregnancy rumors. Beyonce said �Nothing now, no. It will be one day. Definitely one day. It�s difficult because one day I will decide to have a child and I want people to be excited and they�re gonna be like, �Okay, whatever, she�s been pregnant 25 times.�� Beyonce also shared why she�s waiting before starting a family, saying �I feel like there are certain things I wanted to do before I had a child so I can really, really focus on being a mother. And I�m getting closer to that point, but I mean I still am in such a great place in my career that I feel like I want to wait until I�m really, really ready.�

Beyonce attended her first Fragrance Launch After Party for �Beyonce Heat� at Catch the Fever in New York City this past Tuesday. The 28-year old singer and actress� fragrance is priced between $39 to $59 and will be sold in department and specialty stores. Beyonce said �I wanted it to be original and I didn�t want it to be like all the other celebrity brands. It�s been two years in the making. Every little detail is very personal, so I�m extremely proud.� That�s what everyone says about their fragrance. And the fact that she made one makes her just like every other celebrity that has one.

The successful rapper and business man recently admitted that he likes it when others start criticizing him about his work. This is what Jay-Z said on the matter: “The reason I’ve been grounded, though, and able to make albums, is because I’ve allowed my friends to come with me and voice an opinion. That’s who keeps you grounded�the people who have known you longest. People who don’t know you, you don’t know their motives. They smile at you all day, ‘Oh, that’s great. You’ve done it again! You’re the greatest!’ And that’s not good for an artist. You’ve gotta keep the people that have been around you, who saw you when you didn’t have anything, so they have the confidence to say, ‘Get out of here. Michelle Williams, a former member of Destiny�s Child, has announced that she will be parting ways with her manager, also known as Beyonce�s dad, Mathew Knowles and Music World Entertainment. In a press release, the singer and Broadway actress explained her decision saying �After much prayer and consideration I have decided to part ways from my management team, Mathew Knowles and Music World Entertainment. From my time in Destiny�s Child to my solo career, I am grateful for everything Mathew and his team has done for me. We�ve shared great success together. However, as I move in a new direction in my career, I felt it was time. I wish Mathew Knowles and the Music World Entertainment family all the best.�

Beyonce is taking a break

For the kazilionth time already� but this time, Beyonce is a bit more modest: her break from music will only be for six months. This is what Beyonce said on the matter: “It’s definitely time to take a break, to recharge my batteries. I’d like to take about six months and not go into the studio. I need to just live life, to be inspired by things again. I’m going to do random things. I want to go to restaurants, maybe take a class and see some movies and Broadway shows. I’ll spend more time with Daniel. He’s a wonderful kid, amazing, so smart. And I spoil him, so it’s a lot of work. He’s a 24-hour job.” Sure, go ahead and spoil the child� since there�s nothing better to do. After all, what better way for Beyonce to launder those New Year�s Eve millions?

Beyonce�s mother, Tina Knowles, recently filed for divorce from her husband of 29 years, Mathew Knowles who also happens to be the singer�s manager. I wonder if this has anything to do with that paternity lawsuit from a few months back that pretty much insinuates that Mathew had an affair. Beyonce is a big cash cow so there�s plenty of money at stake in this one. I expect a huge dirty battle. I wonder how Beyonce and her sister Solange feel about this. Being in the middle of a divorce, regardless of your age, can be tough. Bring on the drama for our sakes!

Jay-Z and New York City had a lot to be proud of last week. The rapper and his song �Empire State of Mind� have hit it big as the song is at the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100. Remarkably, this is the first time that this has ever happened in the mogul�s music career. He was only able to come close with his hit �Run This Town� which reached number 2 on the charts. Congratulations are definitely due out to Jay-Z. I�m sure his collaborator Alicia Keys is also happy. I�m also pretty sure that his wife Beyonce is mighty proud.

Buskers in London are giving away over 800 tickets to see Beyonce perform at the O2 Arena

Buskers in London are giving away over 800 tickets to see Beyonce perform at the O2 Arena.

Fans have to ask the street performers, who will be singing some of the diva’s tracks, if they have tickets for Beyonce’s upcoming appearances at the London venue.

Fans will then have to make a donation for the performances by the ‘Beyonce Buskers’, who can be found across the city during November 13.

A spokeswoman said: “Some people have donated as little as 10p, but others have given up to �10.”

If somebody donates to the buskers then they will be given three tickets to a concert.

A spokeswoman for Beyonce said: “We’ve been very generous. We held these tickets back from the concert. The other 13,000 tickets were won by competition winners.

“It’s the first time tickets for a gig at the O2 have completely been given away.”

Beyonce recently began her UK tour in Liverpool and will also perform in Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Dublin and Belfast.
