Ashton Kutcher has revealed that he once bet a friend $1,000 that he could get a date with Jennifer Aniston. Years before meeting wife Demi Moore, he admitted to having a crush on the Friends actress and vowed to make her go out with him. Appearing on The Graham Norton Show, he said, “So I make a bet with my buddy. I’m probably 17-years-old. I said to him, ‘I bet you $1,000 that someday I will go on a date with Jennifer Aniston’,” he said. “I’m 17-years-old and she’s, like, on my screensaver on my computer and he’s like, ‘You’re on’. “Four or five years later I actually meet Jennifer Aniston and she’s married to Brad Pitt at the time. And so I went to Brad Pitt and I asked his permission to ask his wife out on a date. I said, ‘Listen, I made a bet with my buddy, you’re a cool guy, you’re gonna let this go down, right?’ “And he looked at me, he’s like, ‘You go for it.’ And I’m like, ‘You’re the coolest guy I’ve ever met in my life!’ So I asked her and she turned me down… But now we’re friends.”

An Ashton Kutcher skit about flatulence has hit the airwaves.

The skit was prepared for his Saturday Night Live turn last weekend. But the skit, an ad for the Twitter offshoot Tooter, did not make it on to SNL.

The actor was reportedly so pleased with the ad, he created a link to it on his blog. The skit has since been circulated on the internet.

According to WENN, Kutcher creates a Twitter-type initiative to give fans the sound and smell of his own wind.

The skit also features Them Crooked Vultures and Questlove from The Roots.

Barton recently located to New York to play the part of an aspiring model on The Beautiful Life that was executive produced by Ashton Kutcher.

The UK Mirror reports Barton’s landord quoted the rent on the apartment, that carries a one-year lease from last September, at $7000 dollars a month.

The Beautiful Life was pulled after just two episodes. MRA Realties said Barton was three months behind in rent on the Tribeca apartment. She will also be liable for legal fees, according to the report.

Barton also resides in Los Angeles. She was made famous in the series, The OC.

Mischa Barton came up trumps at the Ronson twins’ weekend bash in New York.

Barton, whose recent mental health has been a matter of concern, was all smiles and vitality as she attended the shindig for the I (Heart) Ronson clothing line put out by DJ Samantha Ronson and her sister Charlotte.

UK television presenter Alexa Chung and actress Hilary Duff were guests for the Chelsea Piers event, while Lindsay Lohan was not. Lohan is Samantha Ronson’s on-again, off-again partner.

Barton, who jumped straight from psychiatric treatment into work in New York on The Beautiful Life, arrived at the Ronson do with a pal, actress Ashley Madekwe. The pair are co-stars in the Ashton Kutcher-produced story of models trying to make it in New York.

Barton’s quick return to work had some friends concerned. One said: “It’s only been a matter of days since she was released from the hospital, and I think she definitely wasn’t there long enough. She needs to be very cautious – she’s at a very big risk.”

But for now Barton appears to be getting by with the help of her friends.

Ashton Kutcher has proudly revealed that he knocked out a musclebound stuntman while filming a martial-arts scene in a new movie.

Ashton took up a series of martial arts to film his first-ever action film, training in Krav Maga, Thai kickboxing and Kali. And he insists that his training may have gone a little TOO well.

“I got on set and I’m doing this scene with a stunt guy – and I knocked him out, accidentally,” Ashton revealed.

“I say that like I’m embarrassed – I knocked some big dude out, man! This guy was like 250 pounds, some big yoked-out guy.

“I wasn’t used to practising stunt fighting – I was used to practising real fighting. One punch can knock a dude out!

“I kept going with the scene because I didn’t know I’d hit him hard. He sort of got up, wobbled then went back down.”

He admitted the punch was got on camera – and admitted with a giant smile that he had watched it several times.

Twitter star Ashton Kutcher is said to be planning to test his acting skills with a star-turn on Broadway.

The star – now becoming more famous for his love of Twitter than his acting – is reportedly considering an offer to star in Neil LaBute’s Fat Pig.

If he takes the part, Kutcher, who is married to actress Demi Moore, will play Tom, a nice-looking guy who dates sweet but heavy-set Helen.

However, early reports suggest that the actor may struggle to be taken seriously.

Broadway journalist Michael Riedel said: “If he says yes to the play, I think you can safely say that the Tony Award is going to be his to lose in 2010.

“Can you imagine say, Daniel Craig or Hugh Jackman, both appearing in A Steady Rain, mounting much of a challenge to the star of Dude, Where’s My Car?”

He added: “Dates and a theatre are yet to be determined. But keep your eye on Kutcher’s Twitter page. He’ll probably beat the arts bloggers to the punch with the official announcement.”

Punk’d star Ashton Kutcher has found himself the victim of an online prank.

The actor was caught out when Jonah Peretti, the founder of website Buzzfeed.com, posted an audio clip in which he pretended to be a crazed fan upset when Kutcher didn’t respond to a Twitter message from him, the New York Post reports.

But when Kutcher – who is an avid user of the social networking site – heard the audio, he took it seriously, and called to apologise.

In the two-minute voicemail, Kutcher said: “I want to ask for your forgiveness because I don’t like having ill will.”

Kutcher, 31, created the MTV celebrity prank show, Punk’d, which first aired in 2003.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are all set to bring new projects to the TV screen.

US cable channel Bravo has revealed the new series that it intends to develop this year.

They include a Sarah Jessica Parker-produced reality TV show called American Artist. Despite being described as a Project Runway-style competition, it will focus on the art world.

Twelve aspiring artists will compete for a gallery exhibit, cash and a national tour.

Hollywood couple Moore and Kutcher have also thrown their hat into the ring and are developing an unscripted project called Eric B.

The show will be based on celebrity event planner and florist Eric Buterbaugh.

Moore and Kutcher will be the executive producers.
