It�s probably as good a choice as any for a person of Amy Winehouse�s stature. Quick, easy and permanent� or at least until the next day�s hangover finally passes. It looks like Amy Winehouse might carry out her plans of remarrying Blake Fielder-Civil in Las Vegas of all places. This is what a source said on the matter: “They will definitely be getting married and have agreed on Las Vegas. Amy doesn’t want a traditional ceremony and wants it to be similar to their first wedding. She chose not to marry in Miami again because she thinks it could be a bad omen. She can’t stop talking to people about their future together.” Quick, easy and without too much hassle� and with respect for the Gods and omens alike, is Amy Winehouse a practical woman or what?

It seems that rumors have been turning up that Blake Fielder-Civil might have been seeing a transsexual. And because of these rumors, Amy Winehouse thought she might try going the other way for a bit too. This is what the singer said about her sexuality: So what? I like girls as well. I have had relationships with other women but that doesn’t mean I don’t still love Blake. There is something about being with a woman that is very satisfying. I don’t care what people think about me being bi – I do what feels good.� Albert Fish did what felt good for him too� strange how people had a problem with him. Amy Winehouse is just unfortunate enough to be in that group of humans that no other human can understand.

Although Amy Winehouse claims to be sober, I can�t really fathom how the gem of an idea to make her life a musical got off the ground. �Amy Winehouse: The Musical� will reportedly be an all-singing, all-dancing production based on the troubled singer�s life. Wino�s brother Alex believes that this would be a fantastic way to celebrate her comeback saying �Amy is much better. I think one day there could be a musical of Amy’s life. You just don’t ever know how far things can go these days – look at all this talk of a Jade Goody musical.� The show will follow the rise and fall of Wino, including her high profile battle with drugs.

Due to a little trouble she�s been having with the law lately, Amy Winehouse will apparently be unable to go to the US where she would have headlined an important festival. A friend had this to say about Amy Winehouse�s predicament: “Amy is absolutely gutted. She was second on the bill on the Saturday night to The Killers. As well as 75,000 fans, there would have been top record executives there too so she might have even tried out some new material. But because of the court case she can’t get a visa. It’s a real setback after she has been getting clean from drugs during her recent holiday in Barbados.” Well, sucks for Amy Winehouse, but what have we learned from this? We don�t just go around punching people who take our picture, especially since we agreed to have our picture taken beforehand.

No one should be surprised about this. It was only a matter of time. I?m actually surprised that it took this long. Amy Winehouse?s hubby Blake Fielder-Civil has filed for divorce from the singer. It?s going to be a messy one too as the couple does not have a pre-nup. She has publicly confessed to having at least one affair, though more have been documented so Blake has a good chance of getting her money. Blake?s lawyer, Henri Brandman, says that he had been instructed to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Wino?s adultery. Let?s get ready to rumble!

UK?s The Sun was the first to publish those disturbing images of Amy Winehouse smoking crack and snorting cocaine and now, they?re reporting that the troubled singer has finally checked into an addiction treatment facility. According to the paper, Wino was accompanied by her dad and manager as they headed to the Edward House private rehabilitation clinic in North West London on Tuesday evening.

While I?m one of many hoping that she stays there, I?m also one who thinks that this piece of news isn?t true. Wino is too hard headed to voluntarily go into a rehab facility. Maybe she will go if they say that there?s free crack in there.

Amy Winehouse Arrested over Husband’s Conspiracy

So we all suspected it all along and now it’s happened. Amy Winehouse has been arrested for suspected involvement in the conspiracy case involving her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

Her rep says she went in voluntarily for questionning and was arrested but has not been charged with anything yet. We’ll just see how it goes for her.

It has been rumored that the couple has a suicide pact if they both end up locked up for a lengthy period of time. A source close to them says, “That is an old story that keeps being regurgitated and changed around for each story and is absolutely not trueSur.”

Fantasia Makes Oprah Lose Money

Fantasia better get her act together or Oprah just might have to smack her around some. Since the American Idol winner began appearing in the Winfrey-produced ?Color Purple? on Broadway seven months ago, the singer has missed a record 50 performances. Sources say that it?s because ?she?s simply not up to the grueling Broadway schedule? (they run shows 8 times a week).

That?s extremely unprofessional and completely hurts the box office for the show. On Broadway, if the star of a show above the title billing is out, you can either exchange your tickets for another day or get a refund. Due to Fantasia?s absences, producers have had to give back thousands of dollars not to mention a lot of disappointed fans.

Amy Winehouse Styles It Up

When you think of the word style and Amy Winehouse, you would think flat, dilapidated ballet shoes, gold belt, cropped shorts and that ever-present beehive hair of hers. It?s a drag really but on a rare occasion, the ?Rehab? singer came out stylishly uplifting just in time for the holiday season.

Wino wore a dance-step shirt, some colorful platforms but still wore her horrid gold belt. I wonder whether it has some other use. Amy added a plastic rosary to complete her look and made people think that nothing is classier than chewing on a cocktail straw.

I never said it was a complete improvement.

Wino House Gets Raided

Amy Winehouse could very well be the target of an active police investigation that went on in the north section of London, England. But all the London police could say was that there was an ongoing investigation. Way to state the obvious Sherlock.

The Daily Mail and Perez Hilton both reported the story that said that police armed with battering rams and crowbars smashed their way into the Camden home of Amy. Amy was said to be wandering around the property while her husband Blake left the home moments before the incident.

A rep for Amy has spoken though saying that the ?raid? has nothing to do with drugs and that Amy is fine and that no charges or arrests have been made. Yet.

Amy Winehouse Bombs

Amy Winehouse was a last-minute addition to this year?s MTV Europe Music Awards. While it?s all good that she?s actually performing again, you would at least hope that she was a good one. Sadly, it wasn?t the case.

Wino performed her song ?Back to Black? on the telecast and pretty much mumbled her way through the entire song. It was barely recognizable. However, she did manage to walk away with an award. She was given the Artists? Choice award. She looked confused as ever and uttered a dazed ?Thanks? in acceptance.

It should serve as a lesson that if you?re looking for an extra performer, do not ask Amy Winehouse.

Amy Winehouse Gets a Job

Amy Winehouse is getting back on the performance wagon! TMZ is reporting that Wino is set to headline the mtvU Woodie Awards in New York City next month. That is, if she doesn?t have a hangover or find a nice bar to lose herself into thus canceling her appearance.

The ?Rehab? singer who recently canceled her North American tour is up for Woodie of the Year, whatever the heck that means. Sources close to MTV say that she will be performing at the November 8 awards at the Roseland Ballroom.

Assuming she shows up, we can all catch her performance on November 15 on mtvU and mtvU.com.
