50 Cent to Write a Book on Bullying

50 Cent has signed a deal with Razorbill publisher Ben Schrank to write and release a book called “Playground”, which will be a fictional retelling based on his childhood and will address the topic of teen bullying. The story, set to be released next January and will be edited by Laura Arnold, will reportedly focus on a 13-year old schoolyard bully “who finds redemption as he faces what he’s done.” The rapper said in a statement “I had a strong desire to write ‘Playground’ because I wanted to explore how a kid becomes a bully. I drew on events from my own childhood and adolescence, but was excited to see the story take on its own life. This book would have been very helpful for me growing up and now that I have a teenage son, it is my goal that this will have a positive influence on all teenagers.” It sounds interesting and I think it’s a great perspective to take. I think it’s important to know what drives people to become bullies and not just about the victims of bullying.

50 Cent Interested in Signing Pauly D

50 Cent is reportedly in talks to sign “Jersey Shore” reality TV star Pauly D in a three-album deal. Sources said that the DJ met with the rapper in New York City last week to discuss the deal and that they are close to coming to an agreement. In fact, 50 Cent is said to be desperate to sign Pauly right away and wants to have the deal finalized before Pauly goes to film the fourth season of his reality show later this year. If anything, it will be a lucrative deal for both of them. Pauly makes big money with his merchandise, including a line of headphones, and 50 Cent has been known to be quite the businessman as well. Their partnership could be interesting.

50 Cent has been asked to adopt a rhino

The animal rights and protection groups are becoming more and more strange with each passing day. One of them, eBlockwatch, has just asked 50 Cent to adopt a black rhino from South Africa who has been thus far shot nine times by poachers… something it has in common with the notorious rapper. A representative from eBlockwatch had this to say about the offer made to 50 Cent: “We want to ask him if he wants to become the godfather of our rhino so that he can create awareness worldwide about rhino poaching.” How about asking him for a donation so that there will be more funds available to invest in anti-poaching and protection actions? Making people put up �I heart rhino� stuff on the internet isn�t going to be too productive� maybe only for 50 Cent.

50 Cent made a grand announcement last week that he�s giving up Twitter for five whole days to write his new album called �The Return of the Heartless Monster�. The rapper tweeted last week �Ok ladies and [gentlemen] I’m writing my new album. I will not be on twitter again till Sept 6. This album will be a classic.� Sorry to say 50 but the public managed to survive and didn�t even miss you all that much. But I am commending you for being focused enough to write some new music. Here�s to hoping that worked well for you. If not, well that sucks.

He hasn�t officially made it public, but everyone can see where he is going with it. It seems that 50 Cent might be considering picking up a career in screenwriting as he is planning to write yet another movie called �When things fall apart�, a movie that comes very closely after last year�s �Before I self-destruct�. It seems that 50 Cent will also be cast in his new movie. It looks like we have the makings of a new Mel Gibson here� who knows, he might actually even start directing pretty soon. Hip-hop probably isn�t going as well as 50 Cent had initially hoped.

50 Cent isn�t impressed with fellow rapper Jay-Z after a failed collaboration attempt that he blames on Beyonce�s hubby. 50 Cent revealed in a new interview, �What I did was Freeway went out and found his publishing deal, and we started the album, and Jay did �Big Spender� and I did �Take You to the Top�, and when it came time to put the record out, he didn’t want to shoot his video, so I�m like, ‘Why am I going to shoot mine? I’m not shooting it. It’s on your label.’ He has a king complex, he thinks he’s fucking Jesus, you know what I mean? This J-Hova shit.� Someone is a bit jealous.

If you�ve seen recent pictures of 50 Cent and are familiar with his old photos, I�m pretty sure you�ve noticed a big difference. The rapper has removed all of his tattoos. With his acting career seemingly flourishing, the rapper quickly grew tired of the time consuming tattoo covering process. 50 said �I�ve been on a few acting projects and they been making me get up� My call time is four hours before the regular acting talent because of the tattoos.� The rapper turned actor is currently filming a boxing movie with Nicholas Cage and realized �it doesn�t look real� when you�re playing a fighter with a load of makeup applied to your arms. I�d take the extra hours over the pain thank you.

Midler, 50 cent to team up again on NY garden charity

Young and old, Jewish and hip hop, Bette Midler and rapper 50 cent have become a dream team on New York’s green scene.

The pair originally clicked over the city gardening restoration that has long been a passion of Midler’s, eonline.com reports.

The rapper worked on Midler’s public garden project in his hometown of Jamaica, Queens.

But Midler and 50 cent will be getting more serious with an appearance on May 19 at the Restoration Project’s annual spring picnic in Fort Tyron Park.

Dolly Parton and Tim Gunn are also expected to participate, the website reports.

"Fiddy" did not hesitate to respond to Midler. She said: "He never asked how much …. He just said, Where do I sign?"

The rapper was recently quoted in saying �Me and Bette collaborating would be really hot. But I’d need to make something new for her. For the right song, we’d definitely get together.� Bette added �He is one of the newest members of our tribe. He has really made my life worth living. 50 has been with me through thick and thin. Almost a year ago, 50 Cent�s home in Long Island, which was occupied by his baby momma Shaniqua Tompkins, burned down in a mysterious fire. The fire was deemed highly suspicious and an investigation soon took place. Rumors were spread that the rapper was the one responsible for the fire. 50 was trying to evict his ex from the property just a few months earlier so she tried to put the blame on him. 50 has recently been cleared by the New York Police from having any involvement in the fire. He was so happy about it that a message was posted on his website saying �50 Cent has just been officially cleared of the house fire. The police department and insurance investigators ruled that there is absolutely no proof or evidence suggesting that Curtis Jackson or any affiliated parties were involved. Curtis Jackson has just been cleared of all the accusations. The investigation will continue until the guilty party is found.�

A New York supreme court judge just threw out a $50 million lawsuit brought against 50 Cent by his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins this past Thursday. The judge threw out all 15 claims alleged by the rapper�s former girlfriend which included 50�s so called promise to give her half of his earnings for the rest of his life. The rapper�s rep issued a statement from 50 saying �I’m very thankful for this decision. I knew that once the facts were heard that justice would prevail. I hope now that we can put this behind us and move forward with our lives.�

Rapper 50 Cents is going through a kind of low these days. After having to list his mansion for a price tag of 14.1 millions USD which is a cool 4 million less than the price last year the rap mogul 50 Cent has been hit with yet another setback. The sports truck he launched along with Gm at last year?s New York International Auto Show has been taken off the production line.

General Motors as well all know is facing bankruptcy along with the other two major US automobile companies Ford and Chrysler. The singer put his own Pontiac G8 on the market and wanted to have his road dreams built but with the economic mess piling up and GM?s own owes showing no signs of letting up the company has announced that they’ll no longer be producing the truck.

Pontiac representative Jim Hopson claimed the cancellation was part of the firm’s restructuring plan and long-term “vision for Pontiac.”

And hey MTV too have dropped the reality show 50 Cent: The Money and the Power belonging to 50 Cents after its no show. Its really not the best time to be in his shoes for sure.

No Apprentice for 50 Cent

After a measly six episodes, MTV?s knock off of ?The Apprentice?, ?50 Cent: The Money and the Power? has been cancelled. It?s being said that crappy ratings and lack of buzz are to blame. Donald Trump speculated that the rapper?s show would fail when news got out about the knock off. The Donald said ?It will fail because he’s not Trump, but he’s actually a nice guy.? So what does that mean? Are douche bags the only people who finish first? I was hoping that 50?s show would have done well. Seeing him was a better way to waste time than have to see Donald do his bit over and over again.
