Prince William chooses not to wear wedding ring
Bruce Willis is unloading his New York City apartment. The Die Hard star is selling the Upper West Side apartment at Trump Place for $3.95m, according to a US real estate blog. Willis, who is married to Emma Heming, bought the 20th floor three-bedroom apartment in 2007 for $4.26m. The couple, who married in Turks and Caicos in March 2009, have been apartment hunting for a New York home in luxurious buildings such as 15 Central Park West, Trump International and The Apthorp. Prince William will not wear a wedding ring once he is married, according to reports. It has been suggested William has decided against the tradition of wearing a ring once he ties the knot with Kate Middleton on April 29. A spokeswoman at the palace told People.com: “There is only going to be one ring, in accordance with the couple’s wishes.” Middleton’s band will reportedly be made from Welsh gold. William’s grandmother Queen Elizabeth was given some of the expensive metal years ago and it has been kept in a vault awaiting a special occasion ever since. A source said: “[Queen Elizabeth II has] given a piece of the gold that has been in the family for many years to Prince William as a gift.”
