Rene Zellweger sells NY apartment to LeeLe Sobieski

Newly single Rene Zellweger has sold one of her New York apartments. The actress, who recently split from The Hangover star Bradley Cooper, had put two apartments on New York’s Upper East Side up for sale last November. Now she has sold one of them to Deep Impact and TV’s Joan of Arc actress Leelee Sobieski, 28. According to the New York Times, Zellweger’s asking price was $8.95 million, although the final offer was not disclosed and there has been no comment from Sobieski’s rep. The apartment features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms as well as 13ft high ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces. The other apartment is still up for sale and features one bedroom and one bathroom, according to the report.
