Halle Berry has reportedly won the latest round of her custody battle against ex-Gabriel Aubry. According to TMZ, a judge ruled in Berry’s favour on Wednesday by allowing her to take daughter Nahla, two, from California to New York while she films new movie New Year’s Eve. Aubry had asked the courts to stop Berry from taking their child outside the state of California. A spokesman for Berry told the site, “We are pleased the judge took the time to deal with this very imminent and important issue. “The judge read a great deal of paperwork and gave us time to argue. Halle is very pleased with the judge’s order.” Aubry has now withdrawn his custody petition but is said to be planning to fight Berry through a private law suit.
