Jennifer Aniston may be returning to her old Friends neighborhood after reportedly making an offer on a $14.95m New York apartment. Aniston is close to securing the four-bed, four-bath penthouse apartment in a prestigious West Village apartment block, according to the New York Daily News. The luxurious apartment comes with a baby nursery, two outdoor roof patios, three terraces and stunning Manhattan views. Broker Melanie Lazenby has denied Aniston is in contract for the apartment, but confirmed to the News that an offer for the property was on the table. Aniston has been linked with a string of New York apartments after saying she was keen on setting up a home in the city.
