British funnyman Russell Brand is set to host US show Saturday Night Live. The 35-year-old’s appearance on the prime time show on February 12 comes just six months after his wife Katy Perry, 26, was on the comedy sketch series. Although Russ may find it hard not to comment on Chris Brown’s past as the R&B singer tries to relaunch his music career on the programme. Brown, 21, recently completed a domestic abuse course as part of his probation for the assault of girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. On the show last week was Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg who awkwardly came face-to-face with Jesse Eisenberg – the actor who played him in hit film The Social Network.
