Facebook billionaire Sean Parker has had enough of paying a staggering $45,000 a month to rent his amazing party pad – and has bought it for $20 million. Parker, portrayed by Justin Timberlake in Oscar favourite The Social Network, threw some legendary parties while renting the suitably named Bacchus House in New York’s Greenwich Village. He clearly has happy memories as he has just bought the six-bedroom, 7,500 sq ft townhouse for $20 million, according to the New York Post. As well as a private garage – rare for valued spots in Manhattan – the pad also has an indoor pool and a landscaped atrium. Parker, co-founder of Napster, is an ex-president of Facebook. He is a managing partner of the Founders Fund, a San Francisco-based venture-capital firm.
