Police have been in touch with Denise Richards, the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen about his infamous New York hotel meltdown last month. NYPD cops reached out after Capri Anderson, the porn star who was with the actor at the time, filed harassment charges against him. Richards had been at the same restaurant as Sheen and Anderson before he trashed his luxury suite at the Plaza Hotel. A police source revealed: “We’re not sure what Denise Richards saw, but it makes sense to ask whoever was with him that night what they saw. “Did he say anything to them afterwards? Did he call anyone before police got there?” Anderson, 22, claims in her complaint that Sheen, 45, choked her and called her a ‘whore’ during his October 25 meltdown. Richards was staying in a room across the hall from Sheen with the couple’s two young daughters. Sources said Richards, 39, has promised to co-operate with any probe.
