When New York Times reporter Eric Wilson found out that he was having an interview with Courtney Love, he likely spent a lot of time reading up on the rock star and preparing herself for what craziness might ensue. If that were so, he wouldn’t have been surprised after seeing the singer completely naked on the couch of her hotel room, completely strung out and wanted to chill at the lobby wearing only a pair of panties and a trench coat for the interview. What could have shocked him was the text he got from Courtney the next day, apologizing for everything. In her text to the reporter, she wrote “I’m so humiliated. That simply isn’t me. It has been, but I haven’t been such a mess for quite some time. I trust you understand that our hearts can take us all to dark and ill timed places.” I can’t wait to read this guy’s article.
