Michael Lohan, an occasional resident of Los Angeles, is currently the subject of an arrest warrant issued in Suffolk County, New York, according to a report on TMZ.com. The arrest warrant stems from a child support case in Montana, according to TMZ.com. The case involves a woman who claims Michael fathered a child with her. He told TMZ he made the first payment and was a day late on a second payment, which may explain why the warrant was issued. Michael claims the warrant problem will be resolved once the late payment is processed.
