Well, actually it’s Eminem’s record label that is moving against Apple for not paying the money agreed upon in an older settlement regarding iTune downloads. The sum in question is 2.2 million dollars and Eight Mile Style LLC is probably going to move in with another lawsuit against Apple for not paying up. Why is Steve Jobs being such a cheap-skate? Eminem has to make a living out of something too and it’s not like two million bucks are such a big sum for a company like Apple. Or is that the secret behind Steve Jobs’ success? One must wonder.
