Katie Holmes praised by Extra Man cast and crew
Actress Katie Holmes has been described as “sweet” and “nice” by the cast and crew of her new movie.
Holmes, 31, stars in new film comedy The Extra Man and her movie colleagues had only good things to say about her at its New York premiere.
Director Shari Springer Berman told People.com: “Katie Holmes is so much fun and really down-to-earth.
“She bought cookies for everybody on the set one day and they were the best cookies I ever had.”
Berman also said that Holmes, who is married to actor Tom Cruise, came across as particularly nice because usually actors don’t put themselves out like that.
Her co-star Paul Dan, 26, was also full of praise for the former Dawson’s Creek star.
He said: “She’s probably one of the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met.”
He added: “We got to know each other hanging out all day, you play cards, grab a juice.
“With the guy-girl thing, you want to feel comfortable, you don’t want to be intimidated by the person you’re working with.”
