Sex And The City star Sarah Jessica Parker is a Twitter virgin.
As A-list stars take to tweeting to quote themselves in 140 characters or less, Parker stays logged out.
Parker was speaking to beauty bloggers who used social networking when she said she had never been on the site. She asked them if it was a “24-hour” thing and whether “at some point people tweeted that they were going to bed for the night”, the New York Post reports.
The image of Parker’s dating scribe character in SATC sitting on her bed late at night with a laptop was one of the most used in the series.
Another surprise revelation from Parker was that she doesn’t have any use for make-up. She told People magazine: “I am, I confess, very bad at make-up. I don’t wear any in my real life, my personal life. There’s no time for it and I’m not good at it.”
For those left wondering how Parker looks so good, the actress wasted no time in praising the skills of the make-up artist. “I work with Leslie Lopez as much as she’ll be around me. I don’t want to have to do it to myself – I wouldn’t know where to begin!”
