Dr. Conrad Murray has finally been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of the King of Pop Michael Jackson. According to the criminal complaint, the DA alleges that Dr. Murray “did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson … in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection.” He has since been arraigned and pled not guilty to the charges. If convicted for the late singer’s death, Dr. Murray faces a maximum of four years in prison.
