Maggie Gyllenhaal’s life ‘changed’ when daughter was born

Crazy Heart star Maggie Gyllenhaal has said everything in her life ‘changed’ when her daughter was born.
Maggie, 32, who is married to actor Peter Sarsgaard, became a mum for the first time when her daughter Ramona was born in October 2006.
Talking about her life since becoming a mum, she said: “Everything in my life has changed completely.
“My daughter was almost two when I made this movie [Crazy Heart] and I kind of got to this place where I felt like: ‘I am also me. I am also an actress.’
“I had this really strong hunger to express something that I hadn’t had for a while when she was a tiny baby.”
