Sarah Jessica-Parker shows off pictures of family on David Letterman
Sarah Jessica-Parker showed off pictures of her family when she appeared on David Letterman.
The 44-year-old actress – mum to son James Wilkie, seven, and six-month-old twins Loretta and Tabitha with husband Matthew Broderick – told how her young family is now all getting along.
“They are about as un-identical as twins can be,” she said of her daughters.
She joked: “They will be six months at the end of this month and they are physically, intellectually spiritually, geographically, politically, ideologically and religiously as different as two small six-month-olds could be.”
The Sex And The City star said her son has also taken on the role of big brother to the girls.
“He’s been very hospitable and he’s amused by them occasionally,” she said. “He’s annoyed by them sometimes but in fact I thought he’d forgotten about them – his world is pretty much his world, which is most important.
“But I was talking about our schools and saying, ‘Who knows who Tabitha and Loretta will be,’ and talking about whether they would be at the same school, who knows.
“James Wilkie was gobsmacked. He said they have to be in the same school.
“So I said, ‘You like them?’ And he concurred. He said he would be very upset if he ever heard anyone making fun of them – because it was his right to make fun of them!”
The actress is currently in Did You Hear About the Morgans? in the U.S.
