Heartbroken Kate Hudson gets support from A-Rod ex Madonna
Heartbroken Kate Hudson has received support following her break-up with Alex Rodriguez from one of his ex-girlfriends – Madonna.
Hudson has just been dumped by the New York Yankees superstar baseball player after a very public romance, according to US reports.
Hudson chatted quietly with Madonna, who dated Rodriguez in 2008, at the New York premiere of her latest movie Nine.
But Hudson, who was accompanied by mum Goldie Hawn, was not in the mood for partying.
“When the cameras were on Kate, she was all smiles. But privately, you could tell she has had her heart broken,” said an insider.
But it may not be curtains yet for the relationship.
“They had a huge fight in London at the premiere of Nine, and Alex flew to Miami to hang out with his friends,” a Hudson friend said.
“But in the last few days, he and Kate have started speaking again on the phone. She hopes they can work things out. But they are both very stubborn.”
