Nine star Kate Hudson has said she ‘wasn’t in the best shape’ before she starting filming on the flick.
The 30-year-old plays the role of Stephanie, an American fashion journalist, in the hit movie. She said that she has been taking dance lessons since she was a child, which helped with the role.
She said: “My mum grew up a dancer. My grandmother put my mum in ballet and my mum put me in ballet when I was little. It was something that we just did. We just danced. That was the discipline.”
However, she added: “Actually, I wasn’t in the best shape before I started the movie but I’ve always had lessons, never stopped.
“I go to class or someone comes to the house. Even if you can hit a triple pirouette – which I can – you still need to take class.”
