Eva Mendes sexy billboard stirs up controversy
A hot new Calvin Klein New York billboard draped with an oiled Eva Mendes tugging on the underwear of a male hunk is causing controversy.
The billboard, showing Mendes skimpily clad, covers a block of the city in Soho.
However, while some residents admire the image, while others are up in arms, slamming it as ‘pornography’.
“Some of us don’t want to expose our kids to something like this – it’s borderline pornography,” said Carl Wilson, 55, an MTA worker from Queens.
But Carlos Gamez, 24, said: “I think it’s sexy as hell. It makes me want to go out and buy some drawers like that. This one was way sexier than any before.”
Earlier, a Calvin Klein television advertisement featuring Mendes, the 35-year-old star of Hitch, was banned after censors ruled it obscene.
