Even after several decades, Elvis still proves to be a big seller. A clump of the King of Rock and Roll’s hair just sold for a cool $18,300! That’s some serious dough. The 51-year old hair sample went on the auction block in Chicago last weekend. So far, the winner has yet to be identified. The clump of hair was only expected to sell for $12,000. That’s still a lot of money if you ask me. Apparently, whoever bid on that doesn’t know what the word recession means. I wonder what the winner plans to do with it. Make an Elvis clone perhaps?
