Pregnant Gisele Bundche puts New York townhouse on sale for $13.95 million
Pregnant Gisele Bundchen appears ready to put the bright lights of Manhattan behind her to settle into family life in Boston.
The newlywed supermodel has put her swanky New York townhouse on the market for an astonishing $13.95 million.
The Brazilian beauty and her sportstar husband Tom Brady have been spending all their time in Boston as well as Los Angeles, where his son with actress Bridget Moynahan lives.
The supermodel married Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback, twice this year – once in February in Los Angeles, and a second time in April in Costa Rica.
Gisele, who had a famous on-off relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio, bought the four-storey house in swanky Greenwich Village in 2005 for $5.8 million.
But she has not had much luck with Manhattan real estate.
After moving in to her townhouse, she put her 1,700-square-foot triplex penthouse on the market for $10.9 million – and has still not sold it, despite drastically cutting the asking price to $4.5 million.
