In celebration of the release of his ‘Blueprint 3’ album, Jay-Z has just announced his plans to play a benefit concert at Madison Square Garden on September 11 to benefit the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund. It’s always good to hear news about celebrities giving back. The rapper will be playing songs off of his new album, which features the current single ‘Run This Town’ with Kanye West and Rihanna. I wonder if the benefit concert will feature a performance from all three of them. The concert will also air exclusively in HD and commercial-free, live on Fuse.
