Sienna Miller ‘looking for 2m home in New York’
GI Joe star Sienna Miller is reportedly planning to permanently relocate to New York.
Miller, 27, has reportedly told estate agents to look for a luxurious home in Manhattan up to £2m. It is claimed she is looking for a three-bedroom apartment in the Gramercy area.
However, sources close to the star claim she will not be able to make the move until she sells her home in Paddington, UK, which has been on the market for seven months.
A source said: “Sienna is about to start a run in Broadway, which has given her the push she needed to move to New York permanently. She has many close friends there and spends a lot of time in the US, so it seemed like a natural progression.
“She will be keeping her cottage in the Cotswolds so will have a base in England whenever she wants to come back. But her house in Paddington is proving to be a slow mover – she recently slashed £300,000 off the asking price but it’s attracting no buyers at £995,000.”
