Golfer Tiger Woods said he “couldn’t be happier” after becoming a dad for the second time earlier this year

Golfer Tiger Woods said he “couldn’t be happier” after becoming a dad for the second time earlier this year.
Tiger, 33, is married to wife Elin and they have two children Sam Alexis, who is two later this month, and Charlie, born in February.
He said: “I couldn’t be happier than where I am right now. Having the two kids is just unbelievable, how much fun we are all having, except the sleepless nights – that can be a little tough at times.
“But other than that it’s just been incredible.”
Tiger and wife Elin have reportedly been handing out advice to tennis star Roger Federer and his wife Mirka, who expect a son later this year.
He admitted that despite there being a lot of travelling involved in having a professional sports star in the family, he doesn’t feel his kids have lost out.
He said: “I think my kids will certainly experience something that I didn’t experience, even in my generation, with accessibility to these places. And I think it’s going to be very fun for them and educational for both of them.”
Tiger recently returned to competitive golf after nine months off due to an injury, but he said the time off had benefits as he could see more of his kids.
He said: “The best thing in the world was actually to watch her grow and, you know, each and every day have fun with that and teach her different things.”
He added: “I really enjoy that type of life.”
