Mel Gibson’s very public divorce has just become even more complicated, according to reports.
It was believed his wife Robyn would be getting around half of his fortune – estimated at $900m.
But new reports claim that not only is the figure inflated, but a huge portion of it is tied up in real estate.
According to TMZ.com, there is a relatively small amount of cash involved in his fortune.
On top of that, much of the real estate is reportedly being held in trust for the couple’s children.
Robyn filed for divorce in April citing irreconcilable differences.
Gibson has since been seen with Russian singer Olga Grigorieva.
