Jennifer Lopez may be facing uncertainty over a suit filed by a woman who claims she is the original writer of Monster-In-Law but here is one case Jennifer Lopez can surely say she is in full control of. Jennifer Lopez is pretty protective of her cyberspace real estate. She has in fact won the cybersquatting case she has filed versus a man who earlier claimed jenniferlopez.net and jenniferlopez.org and even earned some bucks from the sites.

World Intellectual Property Organization ruled against domain name owner Jeremiah Tieman apparently because Jennifer Lopez has already registered her name in the United States in 1999. Fans of Jennifer Lopez were lured to the said websites which earned advertisement revenues for Jeremiah Tieman who said these were merely fan sites providing news and updates to Jennifer Lopez’ fans.
