Movie Star Rihanna

According to the New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher, Rihanna was in the Big Apple over the past weekend to discuss some film projects. The first is a remake of 1992’s ‘The Bodyguard’. The 21-year old Barbadian beauty is rumored to take Whitney Houston’s role while ‘GI Joe’ hunk Channing Tatum would take Kevin Costner’s role. Rihanna is also said to be considering the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ sequel as well as possibly starring alongside Justin Timberlake. An insider revealed “Before the situation with Chris [Brown], Ri was getting a lot of scripts. She’s been wanting to do movies for a while now.” While I’m all for her trying new things, I don’t really think these movies are going to happen for her.
