Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz on CSI: NY

Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz was seen filming scenes with his wife Ashlee Simpson as Bonnie and Clyde wannabes for an upcoming episode of ‘CSI: NY’ in a remote warehouse in Los Angeles. 24-year old Ashlee will be playing the role of Lila Wickfield, a 21-year old hotel cleaning lady who is working her way through community college while the 29-year old Pete will play her boyfriend Chester Bryon. The couple’s guest appearances will be going on air at 10PM ET/PT on Wednesday, March 18 on CBS. I wonder which one of them has better acting chops. Of course, both of them have acted on the small screen before. Ashlee was on ‘7th Heaven’ and Pete was a guest star a couple of times on ‘One Tree Hill’.
