Justin Timberlake has been slapped with a lawsuit that claims that the former Nsync-er doesn’t treat employees at his Manhattan eatery fairly!
Tsk, tsk!
A busboy is suing Timberlake, saying his New York City barbecue restaurant didn’t pay him the legal wage!
All those millions and you’re being selfish?
In the Federal suit, Felipe Ramales claims that he has worked for Timberlake’s Southern Comfort restaurant for about a year.
The suit also says he and several other staffers didn’t get their proper share of a gratuity charge the restaurant automatically collected from parties with six or more diners. He also claims that he has worked for more than 40 hours per week without getting any overtime pay.
A manager at the restaurant says the tip allegations are false, and all staffers made well above the legal minimum wage.
