Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese are teaming up again for another movie. I’m pretty sure the movie will involve violence and a lot of yelling.
The film is about mob hitman Frank “the Irishman” Sheeran and, of course, De Niro will be playing him.
The film is being from from Charles Brandt’s book – I Heard You Paint Houses – by Steve Zaillian, who wrote Schindler’s List and American Gangster. The phrase “I heard you paint houses” refers to the bloody mess left after a good old mob slaying.
The film can easily be in the same track as De Niro’s and Scoresese’s previous collaborations, such as Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, and Goodfellas.
