Busted Barenaked Lady
Here’s a flash of the 90s as Barenaked Ladies front man Steven J. Page was arrested in central New York last Friday and was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a control substance which is being reported to be cocaine. Officers were patrolling the neighborhood when they spotted a car parked across a driveway with the door open. When they saw that the vehicle was empty, they checked the house the surrounding area to find the owner and see if there was any problem. That was when cops supposedly spotted the singer and a 25-year old woman through a glass door sitting in front of a mound of the substance and busted them. The Barenaked Ladies’ manager said “We’re confident Steven will be exonerated of the charges. In the meantime it’s business as usual.”
