Jessica Simpson Parties Up

Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo were spotted out for dinner earlier this week. After getting some munch, the couple headed over to the Key Club to celebrate Jessica’s birthday by partying up. Jessica actually celebrates her 28th birthday today, Thursday. In other Jessica news, her new country album ‘Do You Know’ is expected to be released in September. Her last album was met with poor reviews and only sold 299,000 copies. I bet her birthday wish was to have a successful country album. Or maybe even just a success period. She needs it. She can’t have Ashlee get all the spotlight.
