Newlyweds Katharine McPhee and Nick Cokas were spotted just as they were to depart from Maui airport on Monday after soaking up the sun during their honeymoon in Hawaii.

Much like his done for many of the fallen idols, American Idol judge Simon Cowell recently dissed Kat after she was dropped from her label. He told Extra that he ?didn?t care much about Katharine McPhee. I didn?t think she was a particularly credible recording artist. Katharine will end up on Broadway!? That?s where Fantasia and Clay Aiken have continued with their careers. Maybe it could work for Kat as well.
