Ruben Sues

Everything is not peachy keen with the fallen Idol Ruben Studdard. He can barely find a place to sing for his living these days and now he?s suing a concert promoter called Peachez Inc., and asking for more than his lunch money.
In a lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court, the recently-dropped singer (canned by his label after his latest album tanked) is asking for $45,000 from Peachez alleging breach of contract. The Dallas-based company describes itself as ?a specialty marketing company? with clients in the ?entertainment industry?. Looks like it?s all downhill for Ruben. He now has to sue just to get some money.
