Foxy Given an Earful

Foxy Brown is serving a one-year sentence for violating her probation. She wants to get out of prison and she got pretty creative in her quest. She wanted to go to California to have her ears checked but a Manhattan judge ruled that she can have them treated in New York City. Judge Melissa Jackson called the rapper?s motion as ?desperate and frivolous? saying that Foxy ?failed to provide proof? that a coast-to-coast trip was necessary. Now, she?ll have to get the go signal from the Department of Corrections and then the Department of Health before she can get her hearing aid fixed in NYC.
