Broadway is definitely getting their dose of American Idol. Fantasia Barrino is in ?The Color Purple?. Frenchie Davis spent over 4 years in ?Rent? and is now about to be on stage for ?Ain?t Misbehaving? but she?s not going to be alone. Joining the her on the Great White Way is Ruben Studdard.
Abysmal record sales had the plus-sized 29-year old velvet teddy bear get dropped last month by his label J Records. But he still has something to be thankful for because he?s performing in a Tony-award winning musical and not at local balloon festivals of housing developments ? yet.
