But not all of them can go the whole hog and become a property tycoon; especially not with $4 million property.But Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe can. Potter mania has struck the world and seems to have been very lucrative for the film star as he splashes out on a very hip New York apartment, then gets smart and rents it out for a cool $20,000 a month.

The spacious 1,843 sq ft flat is on the fifth floor of a 13-storey glass-walled building in trendy SoHo. The development, dubbed the sexiest development in the area, boasts a 50ft swimming pool, steam room and ?hotel-like? concierge service.

Daniel?s flat has a 37ft by 19ft ?Great Room,? two bedrooms, three bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows.

I think we are all a tad jealous of a place like that, regardless of how old we are. Good luck to him. After starring in all five Potter films so far he is reported to be worth over $20 million. Toy Boy anyone?
