More Court Dates for Britney

After the recent news of her failing a drug test and running a red light with her kids in the car, it should come as no surprise that there will be another court date this coming Friday for Britney.
Lawyers for the pop wreck and ex Kevin Federline are headed to courts for an emergency session. People is reporting that the Friday hearing was requested by KFed?s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan who subpoenaed the story and video which showed Britney running a red light on a notorious intersection.
One of Brit?s attorneys explains that she was ?distracted? and that ?this was not blatant irresponsible driving on her part.? Yeah, she was distracted by her cell phone.
