Moby’s Impromptu Tribute Gig
Music stars Patti Smith and Moby shocked fans at a T. Rex tribute event in New York on Saturday, by jumping onstage for impromptu performances. The dance star claims he only attended the bash as a fan of the rockers – but couldn’t resist the temptation to play. That?s just so cool, that?s the way music should inspire you to forget where you are, what you are doing and just jump to the occasion and play for the crowds. What a treat for the fans they just paid to see other stars perform and in addition they got to see Moby play for them too ? that?s a bonus and an early Christmas gift to fans that thronged to the concert. If I were there at the tribute gig I would have gone berserk and bananas at seeing all of them party and sing for us fans.
