Opera singer Luciano Pavarotti, who has been battling cancer, has left hospital after more than two weeks of treatment. The 71-year-old tenor was admitted to hospital in Modena, Italy, on 8 August with a fever, and has since had tests related to his pancreatic cancer. Frankly speaking I do not have much idea about this great artist and I only seen him a few times on television but of what I heard and read about him he look to me as a compassionate person with a zest for life and music. The way he has dedicated his life to music shows that today?s generation of so called music artist can never ever come close to being what traditional and country music is all about. Today all of the music artist are just a bunch of jumping jacks who having no or very little of classical music training which teaches us the basic ragas of music, they just get hold of their guitars and mics and yell as hard as they can. Hopefully Pavarotti can recover well from the cancer and give us a few more great music numbers that shakes our souls.
