Morales Sued for Infecting Ex
Esai Morales, a former NYPD Blue star is being sued by his ex girlfriend. She is claiming that Morales infected her with herpes knowing he has the sexually transmitted disease. He allegedly assaulted her which led to the herpes infection. According to all of the charges he is up against battery assault, negligent and intentional transmission of a STD and breach of oral contract. Elisabeth Mazzocchi states that Morales never informed her of his STD infection and that she is seeking damages for a disease that will plague her for the rest of her life. This is a really sick case. It?s unfortunate how often stuff like this is happening and the victims have no idea. It?s got to be a really sick individual who will put another person at risk with no second thought to their actions. It will be a big plus if justice is actually served.
