Anne Heche Has to Pay Up
After trading insults in front of their 5-year old son Homer and the rest of the public, Anne Heche and estranged husband Coley Laffoon?s custody battle has come to an end.
Much to Anne?s dismay, she?s going to have to pay up as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge gave Laffoon the primary physical custody of Homer as well as an unspecified amount of child support.

Heche will be heading back to Vancouver next month to start filming the second season of her show ?Men in Trees? thus having her alternate weekend visits with her son. E! News reports that the $33,000 spousal and child support that Laffoon was gunning for wasn?t met and he got ?far below his original demands?.
I don?t know what?s worse, having a mom who?s ?insane? or a money-hungry father. That kid is bound to see a shrink before he turns 18.
